각각의 브라우저마다 기본 css의 스타일이 다르기때문에
같은 화면을 제공하기 위해 기본 css스타일을 초기화해야한다.
이렇게 원래 태그의 스타일이 있다.

html을 복사하고 head부분에 넣어준다.
main.css보다 위에 있어야한다.
왜냐하면 초기에 먼저 적용되어야하기 때문이다.
그러면 이렇게 기본 스타일이 초기화 된다.
